Citadel Plumbing & Heating repairs, replaces, and installs plumbing, HVAC equipment, and water heaters for homeowners across Calgary and communities within about 30 km of the city. You deal directly with Frank, a licensed plumber and gas fitter, from the first call to the final check.
Citadel is run by Frank with the support of his wife, Sarah. We focus only on houses, townhomes, and acreages, so every job is planned around a family’s daily routine, finished spaces, and budget. From a leaking shut-off valve to a new furnace, you get clear pricing before work starts.
Good Work Starts With a Proper Look
Before quoting, we check the existing equipment, venting, pipe material, shut-offs, and access so the price reflects what your home actually needs.

Ratings We Receive From Clients
Common questions from homeowners about furnaces, air conditioners, plumbing repairs, and water heaters across Calgary and the surrounding area.
Citadel Plumbing & Heating provides residential plumbing, HVAC services, and water heater installation to help keep your home comfortable and your plumbing systems working properly.
Poly-B is usually grey plastic pipe stamped "PB2110," common in homes built from the late 1970s to the late 1990s. Check near the water heater or main shut-off, or ask us to confirm during a visit.
It depends on age, repair history, and safety. If your furnace is over 15 years old or needs frequent repairs, we compare the repair cost with a replacement so you can decide with real numbers.
We serve Calgary and communities within about 30 km, including Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Strathmore, Chestermere, Crossfield, High River, Langdon, and Rocky View County.
